Print Overflow
When one printer isn't enough
Send us the job your bench can't absorb. We run your files on a managed farm and ship finished parts, not excuses.
You priced a batch of 60 at a craft fair and your single machine needs nine days. Hand us the plate. We run your sliced file as-is, or re-slice to our profiles if you'd rather we own the outcome — and we tell you which we did.
- FDM, SLA/DLP resin and MJF nylon under one quote
- Bring your own G-code, or hand us the STL/3MF and our profile notes come back with the parts
- Per-plate photos before anything ships, so a bad first layer is our problem
- Failed-print reruns are free — you pay for good parts
How the job runs
Every step, and who carries the risk at each one
- 01
Send the plate
Upload the file or the sliced G-code. If you've already dialled in a profile that works, we'll run exactly that and change nothing.
- 02
We check it first
Wall thickness, overhangs, bed adhesion risk and build-volume fit. If something will fail, you hear about it before we start, not after.
- 03
First article
One part comes off the plate and gets photographed. You approve it, or you tell us what to change, before the other fifty-nine run.
- 04
Batch runs
Machines run overnight. Failed plates are our cost — reruns are free and you only pay for parts that pass.
- 05
Boxed to you
Parts are cleaned, supports removed, counted and boxed. Finishing and fulfilment can be bolted on if you'd rather they never come back to you at all.

FAQ
About print overflow
Can I send my own sliced file?
Yes, and we'd rather you did if you've already tuned it. We'll run your G-code unmodified on a matching machine. If we think a setting will cause a failure we'll tell you, but the decision stays yours.
What happens when a print fails?
We rerun it at our cost. You pay per good part, not per machine hour, so a failed plate is our problem to absorb.
Do you keep my files?
We hold them for 90 days so reorders are easy, then delete them. You can ask us to delete immediately and we will. We never print your design for anyone else.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One part is a valid order — the setup fee just makes single parts relatively expensive, so most people batch.
