About pack & ship worldwide
Whose branding is on the box?
Yours. Send us your boxes, tape and insert cards and we use them. If you'd rather not deal with packaging at all, we have unbranded options that don't mention Creasum either.
Which countries can you ship to?
Thirty-eight, covering the UK, EU, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Singapore among others. Duties can be prepaid at checkout so your customer isn't ambushed.
What happens if stock runs out?
You get a low-stock alert at a threshold you set, and a second one when it hits zero. If we also manufacture the product we'll propose a reorder before it becomes urgent.
Can you dropship for my own shop?
Yes. Orders from your Shopify or Etsy shop can route to us directly, and the customer never sees a Creasum name anywhere.
